Can A Blog Layout Be Created With Page Builder?

Hello,
I am leaning toward uninstalling a Blog extension I use and start using Page Builder for all current and old blog posts and was wondering if it's possible somehow to create a blog layout where the page only shows pages from a category I call "blog"? Looking for a basic/normal blog layout that shows title | thumbnail | intro text and just automtically updates the page as new articles are created and published.

Although we have Article addon - that can be used to display articles from selected category or categores. Some order changes can be done using included settings or Custom CSS.
...but ae as you know (or not?) you still need Menu item for Articles category view to have short url aliases for those articles.
