No Rtipe Notification Emails Received By Custome On EasyStore

Hi,

I've installed EasyStore on a recently built site and opted for Stripe as the payment portal. On a purchase being made, although I receive notification of a sale, and Stripe process the payment, customers do not recive notification emails...either that their order has been received or that their payment has been made/received. Could someone please advise.

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. To better address the issue, could you kindly provide Joomla administrator access? Or create an staging site.

  • Create a subdomain from your cPanel.
  • Export your existing site's database from PHPMyAdmin.
  • Create a new database.
  • Import the existing database to the new database.
  • Update the configuration.php file.
  • Go to the administrator section of the staging site.

Toufiqur, many thanks for your quick response. Ive just seen that Square has been added as a payment gateway. This would suit me better as Square is probably more prevalent in the UK...and I alreadyt have a Square account. Do you have any instructions for setting up Square on Easy Store please. There is no aditional settings. But, Need to check it first. Does it works fine on previously? If yes, let me know the version. Thanks

Toufiqur, many thanks for your message. Ive made a live test oder again via Stripe and it appears to be working fine. order confirmation and payment confirmation were both received fine for both buyer and me as the seller. I installed the new EasyStore v1.7.0 package earlier. I all seems fine. Thank ou for your help. With kind regards, Steve.
