Hello, i have some questions AND informations for you.

In Europe we have some special laws for online shops, also in the european union we have to put some special information on the invoice!

Little companies could be free of tax if they don't earn more than 55000,- euro per year. (Kleinunternehmerregelung) but they have to put following text on the invoice

„Umsatzsteuerbefreit – Kleinunternehmer gem. § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG“ (This is for Austria-EU)

If it is not on the invoice the company HAVE TO PAY THE TAXES.

So maybe you can place a field where we can put these information on the invoice automaticlly.

I know that other companys in different countries in the european union have to do some similar informations on there invoice.

NEXT:

The button "Bezahlen" (PAY) is not conform with the law in Austria, Germany, maybe european union.

It has to be

JETZT KOSTENPFLICHTIG BESTELLEN

or

KOSTENPFLICHTIG BESTELLEN

or

KOSTENPFLICHTIG KAUFEN

or

ZAHLUNGSPFLICHTIG BESTELLEN

or

ZAHLUNGSPFLICHTIGEN VERTRAG SCHLIESSEN

or

JETZT KAUFEN

et cetera

Let the online shop owner change the button text!!!

Please let me know IF and WHEN the changes will come with the next update. OR if i havent seen the way i could change, you give me the information where.

Kind regards from Austria - Europe (no we don't have kangurus) Anton

Hi,

This is the Website of a Lawyer in Germany

He wrote a blog about the EU Confirm Button. If it is not like this. The Contract is NOT build.

https://www.wbs.legal/wettbewerbsrecht/e-commerce/verbindlichkeit-von-online-buchungen-eugh-zu-beurteilung-von-bestell-buttons-59782/#:~:text=Online%2DH%C3%A4ndler%20sollten%20ihre%20Buttons,mit%20einer%20Zahlungsverpflichtung%20verbunden%20ist.

Also this by the WKO - it is an official Website by the governer of Austria for the Companies in Austria and give information about all the thinks for

https://www.wko.at/internetrecht/der-bestell-buton-im-webshop

And here is the website of the finance ministry of austria Europe about the "Kleinunternehmerregelung"

The Companies with under 55000,- Euro per Year can be exempt from tax. But they have to write on ALL invoices:

„Umsatzsteuerbefreit – Kleinunternehmer gem. § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG“ (this is specially for Austria. I know

that the germans have also a similar law.

This TWO things are very important, because with out these informations it is not a regular contract between the seller and the consumer.

  1. So the consumer can send back all the products years and years after buying and has the right to get the money back!!! (button)

  2. „Umsatzsteuerbefreit – Kleinunternehmer gem. § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG“ this is about the Tax. The Seller has to pay the tax to the govener if the sentence is not on the invoice!!! This is specially for the companies if they are exempt from the tax! (like me).

If you want to find ALL the European union Online Shop Laws, you tind it here:

https://digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu/en/policies/e-commerce-directive

Here are the Consumer rights:

https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/index_en.htm

Hope it helps!!! ;-) Kind regards from Vienna Austria Europe Anton
