we were editing an unpublished copy of a page in sp page builder and ended up with this error. deleting the copied page had no effect. upgrading sp page builder had no effect.

Our site is now down returning HTTP "0" error and the message in the subject. I'm restoring from backup.

Thoughts?

site is ride2survive.ca

Hello Kerry,

Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing. To help resolve the "parse_url()" error, would you be willing to grant me temporary administrative access to your site? This will allow me to investigate the issue directly.

Before you do, please ensure you have a complete backup of your site for data security.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards

It’s difficult to identify the issue without further investigation. Could you please confirm whether you’re encountering the error on a single page or across all available pages?

all pages. Site completely inaccessable - home page displays the error along with large "0" (http error). Backend was still working.

We are restoring entire site from a backup. I'll be working on a backup site to see if I can re-create and reopen this if it does.

Seems to me some plugin conflict is happening somewhere.

Thank you for the update. Since the issue is occurring on all pages and rendering the site inaccessible, restoring from a backup is a good immediate step. Based on your description, it does seem likely that a plugin conflict or incompatibility triggered the error. Once the backup is stable, testing on a staging or backup site will help isolate the cause without affecting the live site. Please keep us posted on your findings so we can assist further if needed.
