Popup Addon And Close

Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing. The issue stems from the popup trigger configuration. Currently, it's set to "On Click" with a "Random Click" type. Because the close button is part of the page, clicking it re-triggers the popup, giving the appearance that it's not closing.
I've temporarily adjusted the popup trigger type to address this. I've also informed the development team about the issue, and they'll be working on improvements for a future update.
