OGV Video Not Displaying Or Autoplaying

Dev site OGV file not playing. Cannot see what it wants. Tried adding section Slideshow to emulate what you do to display MPG4 but did not help. I want to autoplay vid as a background upon opening site.

Please, use different video format, most of the browser is not support OGV format. You can check it form here: https://caniuse.com/?search=ogv
