Don't Work Layout Bundles

Today I tried using Layout bundles in SPB 6. On one site it works fine, but not on second site.

Nothing occurs after clicking layout bundles.

Joomla 5.3.4

Another question: Why isn't it possible anymore adding an image using the image icon here in the questions?
