Font Upload Doesn't Work. Squirrel Tool is Useless Too.

Wanted to use my ttf and otf fonts converted to woff2. Why don't you allow simply uploading one by one woff2 fonts or adding them manually with a path into assets/fonts?

Please help, I'd love to use the font directly in SPPB from dropdowns.

Haven't tried Helix but I guess SPPB won't see Helix's config in the dropdowns? And I'd like to have styling in one place...

Hello Milo,

Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing with the font upload.

Could you please try converting your fonts using this tool: https://transfonter.org? This often resolves compatibility issues with SP Page Builder.

If this doesn't solve the issue, please reach out and I'll look into it more deeply.

Best regards

It appears to be working correctly on my end. Could you please share a screen recording demonstrating the steps you’re following?

Hello Milo,

Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing with the font upload.

Could you please convert your font to a webfont using transfonter.org and then upload the resulting zip file?

Why convert woff into woff and woff2?

Besides, do I upload a zip that has one font or one file? It's not clear.

So where is the problem here? It needs both woff and woff2 files?

And what about initial change from ttf/odt to woff? So I need to first do this change?

So should I change ttf/odt to woff+woff2? But I think I have tried that.

I don't get what makes the difference?
