Hi, no problem with what you're asking.
I should point out, however, that I discovered this problem by accident, and it affects all websites using HELIX 2.1.3 (I have at least 80 websites, all updated).
I just log in to all of them, access an article in the editing mode, or create a new one, while keeping the webmaster tools open (Firefox, Chrome is the same), and you'll see the error.
By the way, the same thing happens with your demos. I downloaded a complete package, installed it (even a recent one), and it gives you the same error as in the screenshot.
If you need access to mine, I'll send you the logins, but you can try any of your packages.
I did some research and read that this HELIX issue is known and that theoretically it was fixed with the latest update, but that's not the case.
Yes, on many websites, it slows down, but access takes 4-5 seconds; on others, it takes a huge amount of time.
