It seems the image is missing here. You may upload your image to any of your online server/drive, then share just the link here. Or you may consider any online free tool such as imgur, lightshot, etc either.

It's not about images, but the entire area. I just want to move the white area down and the gray area up. So, swap the positions. Best regards.

I actually tried to say that, as you stated in the original question, (see image). It seems you tried to add image in your question. But I can not see any image there. That's why I shared how you can upload your screenshots in the post here.

Without knowing what you want to move exactly, I can not give you tips as you can understand too.
