Full Template Without Quickstart

is there a way to get full template from a fresh install without quickstart. i currently cannot use a quickstart file, i have to install the template on a fresh installation after the fact. thanks in advance.

one page template but i would like to install the full template as it is, the same way quickstart does.

Sorry, we don't have any option like this. You have to use Quickstart in that case.
