Unable To Access Last Options Of Full Settings Bar

I have a new computer with Windows 11 and it seems they now insist on having the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. I wanted to set up a 2nd button on a screen and had to go back to my old computer where the task bar is on the side in order to click the toggle to enable a 2nd button. Do you have a work around for this or are you adjusting the code in J6 to allow for a base taskbar?

But we are not Windows Support, so OS problems are beyond Us.
Maybe problem is with the browser if we talk about website itself. Install different one, and recheck.
On the website/browser you can click together Ctrl and "-" then screen become smaller or if you choose "+" bigger, works like ZOOM In/Out. In Windows you can change also Screen Resolution from settings.
That's all I can help not seeing a problem screenshot.

Accepted AnswerI was mistaken . It was not the task bar that was stopping me from getting to the botttom. It was the Joomla bar that will open and show your Joomla version. I got rid of it and now can't find it to give it a name. Sorry to bother you with that one
