TIA. I just need to know where can edit, change and give a custom link.

Is like to change it to Customer Support and create a link to whatsapp.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please navigate to the Site Modules section. There, you'll find a SP Page Builder module named Header Button. You can modify it to your liking.
