when we use the frontpage-editor and save a site, this error appears: You have an error in yout SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right sintax to use near " at line 1 The page will then be completely empty and we will need to restore a backup of the database. Joomla and the page builder are installed in their latest versions. We have tried PHP 8.2, 8.3, and 8.4. What do we need to do to fix this error? kind regards!

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Please try the following steps first:

  1. Enable Debug Mode in Joomla, from system -> global configuration.
  2. Reinstall SP Page Builder.
  3. Clear both your Joomla and browser caches.
  4. Go to System → Maintenance → Database, and if you see any database status issues related to SP Page Builder, check the box and click Update Structure.

If the issue still persists, could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the Hidden Content section. Before doing so, please make sure to take a full backup of your site.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate the issue further and find out what’s causing it. Please let me know once you’ve shared the details.

Best regards,
