SP Page Builder 18 hours ago

Hello, in July I renewed Page Builder Pro so I could use it on 3 different sites. I finished setting up a new site in Joomla 5, but it won't let me use the "Page Layouts." Every time I try to import them, I get the following message: "Something wrong there."

I tried everything you suggested, but I still can't import the "Page Layouts" to either of my sites. Here's my Joomla admin access for both sites.
