Dynamic Content - works very slowly (loading takes more than 13 seconds)

I have a dedicated server with 2 x 3.3GHz CPU • 4 GB RAM • 30 GB NVMe. Everything should work fast according to the idea. Maximum CPU load: 30%

According to my measurements:
only 36 elements open for more than 13 seconds!

I specifically show that the video does not load during this time. In fact, it seems that nothing is happening.

How can this be accelerated? No search engine will miss this download speed in the search results, and people will also go crazy from waiting 13 seconds.

And it's a shame that I can't even turn on the preloader, because it doesn't work in this case. It works on other pages, but not here. It's still a loading bar instead of a website display

It seems to speed up sometimes, but in general it works slowly most of the time...

I've sent the main address of the site so that you can go to the page. . This is not something that should have been checked.

I was showing "zvonar" page specifically (I posted the correct link to a specific page in hidden content).

I don't have any more dynamic content anywhere, and the template itself doesn't slow down the site))

Yes, I see it now. For some reason, my website stopped slowing down too... I don't understand what could be the reason.
