I have a dedicated server with 2 x 3.3GHz CPU • 4 GB RAM • 30 GB NVMe. Everything should work fast according to the idea. Maximum CPU load: 30%
According to my measurements: only 36 elements open for more than 13 seconds!

I specifically show that the video does not load during this time. In fact, it seems that nothing is happening.
How can this be accelerated? No search engine will miss this download speed in the search results, and people will also go crazy from waiting 13 seconds.
