EasyStore Order Summary Weight Errors

If I create a product variant, and set the weight to 85gm, it displays as 85kg in Order Summary Details.

If I create a product variant, and don't enter a weight, it displays as 0kg in Order Summary Details.

How to fix this?

Thank you for reaching out. Please check again — I have now set the weight unit to grams in the EasyStore settings under Products.

Hi Ziaul

Ok, I see now that for products with weight variants, it's neccessry to add the correct weight to the weight field. This is where I was going wrong.

However, for products with size variants, eg. small. medium, large, the Order Details lists weight 0kg as well as 0kg next to shipping carrier. (See test order #1017 in admin)

How to fix this?

Appreciate your assistance.

Currently, the weight feature is working for normal products that have no variations. We have forwarded this issue to our development team for further review.

Hope it will be fixed in any upcoming release.

I apologize for the misunderstanding. In product variants, click on bulk edit you will found weight options, add your product weight there. Currently, you didn't set any weight for them, thats why in invoice weight is 0.
