Associate Dynamic Content For Reference Collection

Hi, I'm looking at the REVSTAT demo where you used dynamic fields for properties.
In the demo on this page https://demo2.joomshaper.com/2025/revstat/index.php/properties, I see that you've created a section with "Similar Properties You May Like" at the bottom.
I downloaded the demo and installed it, thinking it would filter, but it's not set up. If I wanted to associate only properties with the same "Property Type" with this tab, is that possible? Create some sort of relationship.
I'm trying everything, but I can't find a solution other than using some PHP code.
Since I only have one detail slug for all properties, it would be helpful to be able to filter by that "property type" field.
