Fixter Template Scrolling - Question | JoomShaper

Fixter Template Scrolling

Template 1 month ago

Hello I am developing a site with Fixter template using the horizontal menu. The scrolling behavior at the top of the site is interesting - it acts almost "sticky" when scrolled to the top. When you begin to scroll down it "jumps" a bit, and likewise when going back up, it jumps the last bit to bring you to the top of the page. How can I disable this effect?

Thank you,

Matt

Hi Matt,

Thanks for the page link. I was checking the homepage before, which do not have the page title. I have added additional code in your custom CSS. You will see the indicated screenshot in the hidden content box.

You can increase the margin top value there if you want more space.

Best regards,

Hi Matt,

Please accept my apologies.

The access you have given doesn't seems as a super user, so I don't have access to most of the areas.

However, please try the following cde in your custom CSS:

#sp-header {
    position: absolute !important;
}
.com-sppagebuilder #sp-main-body {
    margin-top: 90px;
}

Here is all about custom code placement in the Helix Ultimate framework:https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/custom-code-css-js-meta

Hope this helps!

Thank you Rashida, I put this in the template custom css and it solved the scroll issue, unfortunatly the 90 px margin is not displaying so my titles are up against the navigation.

Thanks

Matt

You're welcome Matt. Please try with !important for margin top value if that is not working simply. Then let me know.

Thanks!

Hi Matt,

Thanks for the modified access. I have just checked and it seems good at my end. Top margin is working fine! Would you please share a screencast about your remaining issue?

Best regards,

Thanks Rashida, Unfortuntely I do not see a way to share a screenshot.

If you go to the link: https://www.lintsafe.com/lint-detection-solutions/dryer-safety-moniter-basic you can see there is no space between "WE CAN HELP YOU!" and the navigation. The gap there dissapeared.

Thanks

Matt
