I created a new album using SP Easy Image Gallery.

  1. No small image appears in the album listing.
  2. No image can be viewed in enlarged view within a modal box in the frontend. It's constantly working. Tanks for answers. Sohny

Would you please explain the issue a bit more with screenshots or screencast? And link to your gallery page will be helpful to have to understand it better.

Hi Rashida,

Thank you so much for your help.

The first issue I had is resolved. The second problem persists. The photos are displayed on the front end, but as soon as I click on a photo, it should enlarge, and I should be able to navigate to the next photos using the left and right arrows. However, the program just keeps loading without anything happening.

Hi Rashida,

I found the problem. I downloaded the images as a zip file from my iCloud and extracted them.

These photos were causing the issue. A simple batch edit with a graphics program to create "new" JPEG photos solved the whole problem. Thank you so much for your efforts!
