Template Long-term Support ?

Hi Guys,

We are going to setup a new Joomla HP and have a few questions ...

  • We expect the site to be online for many years. Do Joomshaper templates somehow 'outdate' and get dropped sometimes, or can we assume they are supported with updates for, say, 10 years ?

  • Might there be a special long-term offer ?

Hi Michael,

It's a very tough question. In the IT world, ten years feels like a hundred. “Yesterday” AI was science fiction, and today it can build whole websites and you can’t even decide which AI solution to choose. We want to stay with our clients for the 10+ years ahead, but nobody knows what will happen tomorrow — or the day after. For sure we have develpoment ideas/plans for next years.

In the tough world of Joomla, many developers have closed their projects or passed them on to new owners — but we’re still on duty, and we support both Joomla and WordPress users. Let’s stay hopeful about the future.
