Tuber Header Issues - Needs Fixing!

Hi All
Tuber is a really nice template but the designers need to fix an issue with the header section where you can change the background image, but there is no way of removing the text which says
SPEAKER - INVESTOR - AUTHOR - BUSINESS COACH
Please can you fix this issue as I really hope to change my site to this template.
I was in touch with your support via chat and they said this is a glitch in the template.

Thank you for reaching out. Please follow the instructions to change the text & images.
Log in to your Joomla administrator then go to the Page Builder
Find out the Home-default > click on front end editing > use your login information
