yes, sure...

I'd like to take this opportunity to ask you another question:

  • I noticed a problem with the "product categories and tags" filters. If you're in the main category (all categories), everything works fine, but if you go to a single category, the filters don't work for the categories and tags of other categories and return "no products." This doesn't make sense. I guess it's just a configuration issue...

thanks in advance

Yes, perfect! now the "continue shopping link" works properly :)

Could you also tell me how to resolve the issue with category and tag filters? I have now disabled the tag filters and created menu items for the categories to get around the problem, but I think that, also for SEO reasons, it would be a good idea to find a solution...

Thank you for the update! I’m glad to hear the “Continue Shopping” link is now working properly.

Regarding the category and tag filters issue, to help us identify the root cause and provide an accurate solution, could you please share a screen recording demonstrating the problem? This will allow us to see exactly what is happening and suggest the most effective fix, including for SEO considerations.

Looking forward to your recording so we can assist further.

Best regards

hy,

i've created a test page https://www.marcelloballardini.it/it/test-error-filters

As you can see, the page displays products in the "didjStar" category, and you can see for yourself that if you try to tap on one of the other categories and/or tags that don't belong to products in this category (e.g., "quadri luminosi"), it returns "No results found." The same thing happens if you click on tags that don't belong to products in this category (e.g., "artistic wall sconces"), it returns "No results found." This makes no sense because otherwise the filters could only be used on the main shop page and not in the individual categories.

video error

I believe that categories should work in any case and link to the relevant products. The same goes for tags... Or, if that's not possible, at the very least, only tags related to products in that category should be shown.
