Error Call To Undefined Method InstallerHelper::getExtensionGroupes()

I have joomla 5.4 with Pitech template. I have moved my development site to public_html and one error shows that was not there in development area. I've read in Joomla Issue Tracker; 'It is typically caused by an incompatibility with a third-party extension or template that is trying to call a method that no longer exists in the current Joomla core code.' I get the error only when trying to access system->extensions. The posting then gives suggestions on how to track down the culprit extension - but no extension was added that was not already tested in development. There is the possibility that it appeared when I changed to 5.4 and didn't notice the error appear. I don't have any way to track that back now. The Issue Tracker has a final statement: 'Users have reported this error in connection with: Specific templates from developers like JoomShaper or JoomlArt. Extensions like SP Cookie Consent or specific versions of Page Builder. ' I have both a template from you and PB. Have you any suggestion as to what my problem may be caused by?

Hello Lorna,

Thanks for reaching out to us. From my end, I see no issues on System -> Extensions.

Please, clear your Joomla and Browser cache and check again.

Thanks

That is extremely strange. Thank you for sending the screenshot. I may have doubted you because I have cleared cache in both my computer and the site. I have signed in with my account and with yours. I still get the error . I'd like to send my screen shot back to you but I don't see how to do that on your forum. I have also tried it on 2 other computers (windows 10 and Linux) and on 3 different browsers (Chrome, FF and Edge)- each with your signin. I get the same error every time.

Yes it is resolved. I had caused some confusion between the version of PHP - loading a php8.3 site where a php 7.3 had been and something was left behind. I had to clean it out better.
