As a longtime user, please take care to those all points :
First one : legal aspect must be priority. If your customers ask for functions that allow them use Easystore in complete legal frame, dont waste time , just apply what is asked . It cave have heavy consequences for webmasters and their customers. i'm loosing even more customers ( first one was 2500 dollars, ouch !) just because your solution is very limited compared to Hikashop for example. Second. Check and adapt solutions ( shipping methods) to make them have SAME FUNCTIONS as concurrence (prestashop, woocommerce). Your customers have as contact efficient developers that may be honored to help your solution grow, so dont refuse it !
Third : if a free solution allows specific functions, why should we wait to have similar in SPPB Dynamic content. (Flexicontent si very similar, more than 10 years old).
Globally, your users are worldwide, no more waste of time, create a Discord server to allow screensharing to adapt your e-commerce to their local needs. They know about law aspects and can help your extensions fit them to be fully usable.
TOGETHER MAKE EASYSTORE AND SPPB GREAT AGAIN !

Accepted AnswerBefore launch of Easystore your team should have checked that it has minimum all functions of Hikashop, that is one of the references in Joomla E-commerce. They do : marketplace, voucher / ticket selling, downloadsable product selling, multilingual, multicurrency and so much more. One of my customer found the interface of Easystore very nice but then he told me this extension is " a bad joke" when you see that essential functions are not implemented.
