All-Access-Business Subscription Active Since Dec 5 — Downloads Not Available

Hello JoomShaper Support Team,

I purchased an All-Access-Business subscription on December 5, but my account still does not allow me to download any products (templates/extensions/files). When I try to download, access is blocked as if I do not have an active subscription.

Could you please review my account and enable the All-Access-Business download permissions?

Details:

Plan: All-Access-Business

Purchase date: Dec 5

Issue: Unable to download any items despite an active subscription

Could you please confirm that you are logged in with the correct credentials linked to [email protected] on your JoomShaper account? If you’re still unable to download, kindly share a screencast showing the issue so we can better understand what’s blocking it.

Hell there, the email account is [email protected]. I am sending a link to the images from my account and the invoice. However, at this point I just want the reimbursement of the money. A month passes and coudl not do anything with my purchase. See the link to see the images and invoice.
