Hello JoomShaper Support Team,

I purchased an All-Access-Business subscription on December 5, but my account still does not allow me to download any products (templates/extensions/files). When I try to download, access is blocked as if I do not have an active subscription.

Could you please review my account and enable the All-Access-Business download permissions?
