VERY FRUSTRATING !!! All in Sections Library are marked PRO and I must purchase. I have done everything in the link below.

I've tried every browser, cleared browser cache, cleared joomla cache, restarted my router ... done it all. I'm in a hurry to develop a site and this is yet another delay!
