• Città Metr. di Sassari
• Nord-Est Sardegna
• Sulcis Iglesiente
• Medio Campidano

• Città Metropolitana di Cagliari → corresponds to Cagliari (available)
• Città Metropolitana di Sassari → corresponds to Sassari (available)
• Nord-Est Sardegna → corresponds to Gallura Nord-Est Sardegna (available)
• Sulcis Iglesiente → no longer exists as a separate province; now part of Sud Sardegna
• Medio Campidano → no longer exists as a separate province; now part of Sud Sardegna

It appears that the regions you are referring to reflect the pre-2016 administrative divisions of Sardinia, which were reorganized in 2016.

Sorry but the "Sud sardegna" doesn't exist anymore. And even if I can use only "Cagliari" and "Sassari", I still need Nord-Est Sardegna, Sulcis Iglesiente, Medio Campidano
