Unable To Set Sub Menu In Educon Template

I have checked and created a submenu named 'testFF' for your about us menu item and it worked for me. I have left the changes for you to check.

Accepted AnswerI am also able to create it. But only one level. After dropdown, the sub menu items of level 2 and 3 are not coming. They are directly visible but actually they should be visible only when clicked or hovered.
