Regarding the checkout field overlap, this issue should now be resolved. I've implemented a CSS fix, so please clear your browser cache and check the page again. If the issue still persists, please let me know and I will investigate further.
For the PayPal issue, please ensure your shipping methods are properly configured. PayPal requires a valid shipping configuration to proceed. After configuring your shipping, please try again. If this doesn't solve the issue, please reach out and I'll look into it more deeply.
