Dynamic Content Pages - Injecting Schema And OG

Hi

I was wondering if there was a workaround to injecting Schema code and OG data into the header of individual Dynamic Content generated pages? I can see that we can inject meta tag descriptions and keywords using variables like this {{variable-name}} in Page Settings > SEO, but no way to inject Schema or OG.

(I did try using a Rich Text field and pasting Schema code into the Source Code of the Rich Text field, and calling it using a {{field name}} variable, but that didn't work).

Edit: If there isn't a workaround, how do I escalate this as a feature request?

Hello Stuart,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Currently, this feature is not available. However, for Articles used as Dynamic Content, you can rely on Joomla’s built-in Article Schema. You can design the article’s dynamic page using our Page Builder and render it accordingly.

At the moment, for Dynamic Collections, there is no option to inject Schema data.

Regarding the OG Image, you can still use a dynamic OG image pulled from your Dynamic Content details page. Please refer to the screenshot below for guidance: https://prnt.sc/O-a4T2rk1MQB

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Hi

Surely, using Articles as Dynamic Content as suggested is just duplicating native Joomla functionality, and one could just publish the native Joomla Articles instead of using Dynamic Content in SP Page Builder? personally, I think that being able to inject Schema and OG data in the header of individually generated Dynamic Content pages is both more practical and a ground-breaking move in the world of CCKs.

Hello,

Using Joomla Articles as Dynamic Content does not overlap with Joomla’s native functionality. Instead, it provides greater flexibility, allowing you to design custom layouts and reuse them for different use cases.

Additionally, when you open an individual article generated this way, Joomla’s native Article Schema will still be applied as expected.

Regarding Dynamic Collections Schema support, we have already forwarded your request to our development team for further review as a feature request.

Thank you for your feedback and understanding.

Best regards,
