Hi JoomShaper Support Team,

I am writing to follow up on an issue with my SP Page Builder Pro installation.

I have already successfully added and validated my domain ([Tu dominio aquí, ej: radiofisica.net]) in my JoomShaper Dashboard. However, I am still unable to use the Pro features.

The Problem: Whenever I try to import a Layout Bundle or use a Pro Addon, I receive the error message: "Something wrong there."

I have already performed the following troubleshooting steps:

Verified that the License Key and Username are correctly saved in the SP Page Builder settings.

Cleared the Joomla cache and the SP Page Builder cache.

Confirmed that my server has allow_url_fopen set to ON.

Set my PHP memory limit to 512M and execution time to 300s.

Logged out and logged back into the License settings in the component.

Despite the domain being active in my account, the component fails to download the layout files. Could you please check if there is a block on your end for my IP or if my license needs a manual synchronization?

JoomShaper Username: ftato

Joomla Version: 5.4

I need to implement several educational resources for my Academy as soon as possible, so I would appreciate a prompt response.
