Hello. thank you for your support - due to timezone differences I have seen your reply not earlier.

Let me describe my problem that occired yesterday:

1. I have createt some content sites with sp page builder on a testaccount where I use sp page builder pro This template site should be used as a to duplicate module to create clones and fill them with new content
2. I have exported this sp page module and imported it to the costumers site
3. It works to open and make changes to the text, sliders and save it.
4. Anytime I duplicate this template site some fatures within some sections does not show up anymore I would have to got to the original file and copy tow sections and paste it to the duplicates site. 5 I have tested the same proscedure on my testaccount there everything works fine - duplicate sp site module all the sections work look the same as the original site module

Only the section one and projekt info does not work properly ( I called it like that) you can see in the backend. section one Text is missing and outlines are missing to, projekt info accordeon textfields are not available in the copie version.

I am using sp page buliderpro on both sites on the server: https://immobilien.kaufpark-alterlaa.at I am using a sp pager builder licence for three websites I have bought a few weeks ago may that cause the issue because I only find one licencenumber? should I fund three different numbers - can I use the same licencenumber for all three sites?

I have made a akeeba backup from my customers site- so you can check out my site-modules I have created there

I have import this page into my local pc, and there is no issues i found. But, when trying to import on your site (https://immobilien.kaufpark-alterlaa.at), I see that takes much time and shows 500.

Please make sure the following PHP values are set on your server:

max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300
upload_max_filesize = 256M
post_max_size = 256M
memory_limit = 256M

Also, please note that this issue is often caused by hosting security rules such as ModSecurity or a Web Application Firewall (WAF), which may block large POST requests during the import process. We recommend temporarily disabling ModSecurity.

After applying these changes, please let me know.

I will try to make these changes - but I am not sure that this is the final solution becauese both joomla sites are located on exact the same server and on one joomla poject I can make an many copies of one sp page builder module and every section of every copy is full functioning without losing any parts

Our provider has made the suggested changes but after logging out and logging in, empty cache ... nothing has changed. sppagebuilder modules cannot be copied - i I chooce save&copy the copied filecontentn is empty. If I duplicate a sp module - two parts of the copied content are incomplete / accordeon textfields are missing ...

I have produced two screenshot videos where you can see what happens on the joomla backend. First Videoclip is on my testserver (same provider same configuration as the clientproject) see how everything works properly here.

Second Videoclip shows backend on the clientserver (same provider samer serverconfiguration as testserver) Here sp pagebuildermodules cant be copied cant be duplicated without loosing content.

We have to find out why sp pagebuilder works different here.

This video shows screen on my originalserver where I have created the Files for my client. As you can see I can copy a sppagebuilder module and all content is shown in the copy I can easily mahe changes save the file with a new name an everything works fine

In this video you will see my screen when I am in the clients joomla backend. sp pagebuilder modules cant be "saved&copied" - if I do so sppage builder creates an emty file. If I choose "duplicate" sp pagebuilder creates a copy but the content of two sections are incomplete.

Could it be that sp pagebuilder does not like the fact that I am using the same licence key on two different servers? I havebougth a licence for three websites and have added 2 websites but there is only one licece key?

Please remove your license key from any public location.

Regarding your license: having a single key is perfectly fine. You can use this license on up to 3 websites, including multiple subdomains, without any issues.

Hi Ziaul, I have investigated the two serverloacations to may find differneces and I figured out that the versions of sp page builder are not the same. So I updated sp page builder on one of the servers and now it seems to work fine. If that is the case you should note that for any further client who turns to ask you why something does not work on a different server with the exact settings. Maybe the difference of sp pagebuilder 6.1.2 to 6.2.2. is the reason why some actions does not work if you import content from 6.2.2. to 6.1.2

It’s great to hear that your issue has been resolved.

However, I don’t think this was the root cause of the actual issue. It may be related to server configuration not being properly aligned. I’ll keep this noted for further investigation.

Thank you for your support ... good news is that sp page builder works properly now. Our provider has ruled out server settings as the source of the error, since both Joomla sites are located on the same server. The only difference I could find was the different version of sp pagebuilder on the two Joomla projects. After I installed the latest SP PageBuilder version on the real estate project, everything was okay. Therefore, I suspect that was the cause. And I think this might help other users test whether they can easily fix similar problems with the latest version. - once again thank you for your support
