Problem is not common, very rare to be honest - from what I read in Google documenation: YouTube Error 153, often appearing as "Video player configuration error," typically occurs because YouTube cannot verify where the video is being played. This is almost always related to a missing or blocked HTTP Referrer (the signal that tells YouTube which website is hosting the embed).

Recently, YouTube tightened its security policies, making it mandatory for the embedding site to share its origin. If your browser or the website’s code blocks this information, the video won't load.

I made test using Video addon, and shared link, and worked fine

For sure check also what settings you have in "HTTP Headers" plugin, it may also block YT.
