Missing Offcanvas Menu In Mobile Version Unfold Template

Hello, I have two problems with this template. One is that I don't see the offcanvas menu in the mobile version. And the second is that I want the menu in the desktop version to move fixedly when scrolling down the page in the upper left corner, like it is at the beginning of every page? Please fix my problems as soon as possible.

  1. You forgot to share the URL to the website. Very useful to identify a source of problem.

  2. Have you tried method(s) from Helix Ultimate Guide >> https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/troubleshooting-faq

  3. Do you mean "Sticky Header" ? If yes, it can be enabled in Template Options > Basic > Header
