Looking For Customisation Options On SP Medical

Hi there, your SP Medical extension is wonderful and working well on my site. My only issue is that there are some features there I don't need and I would like to remove. I would also like to edit the style of the profiles. Is there any documentation on edits, or anything I can use to amend layout?

There is no default option to change/edit the layout, hence needs code customization. And customization support is prohibited here, unfortunately.
