2. The file: helixultimate_template_v2.2.4.zip has 2,7 MB, if you cannot upload it, it means that you have very low limits in PHP settings.

Easy to check: /administrator/index.php?option=com_admin&view=sysinfo

First line "Upload Max Filesize" value, if you have 2M there, you have the answer. And you have to go to Hosting Panel, and change setting.

These are my personal settings, but a value of 16M or 32M should be sufficient for your typial needs.

You can only update the template or the plugin through the Joomla Extensions Update system. The Quickstart package is for a different purpose, as noted in the Helix documentation.

Have you corrected PHP setting already?
