I am opening this ticket to request assistance with a critical issue on a website that uses the Nuron template.
The website was working normally, but suddenly it started displaying an orange screen with a 500 Internal Server Error, making the site completely inaccessible. At the time the issue occurred, the website was running on Joomla 4, and no intentional changes were made immediately before the error appeared.
As a recovery attempt, I performed a restore using backups that were previously working correctly, however, the error persisted even after restoring these backups.
I would appreciate your guidance in identifying the cause of this issue and assisting with a safe recovery of the website, ensuring proper compatibility with the Nuron template and the current environment.
To facilitate your analysis, access credentials have been provided as attachments, should direct access to the server, files, or configuration be required.
Please let me know if any additional information is needed, such as error logs, PHP version, or hosting environment details.
