Main Menu has Disappeared After A Modification Of Giver Template

The menu disappeared while I was making changes to the Helix framework. First, while I was changing the colours, the coloured background disappeared when I scrolled through the menu. Then, when I clicked on HEADER - PREDEFINED HEADER - CLASSIC LAYOUT, the menu and logo disappeared, along with the donate button on the right. How can I restore everything?
