Good evening,
I hope you can help me with an issue related to FormBuilder.
I am currently updating an old website and I’m experiencing a problem with some forms created using FormBuilder.
Here is the situation:
I have three forms (Italian, English, and German versions). All of them work correctly when they are inserted directly inside a page. You can see the working examples here:
Italian form page:
https://www.insospeso.it/a-prova-italiano
English form page:
https://www.insospeso.it/en/a-prova-inglese
German form page:
https://www.insospeso.it/de/a-prova-tedesco
However, when the same form is placed inside a module that is published in the footer area, it no longer works properly. When the user clicks the Submit button, the button becomes disabled and the form is not submitted.
So it seems that something in that specific area of the website (footer/module position) is conflicting with the form, but I have not been able to identify what is causing the issue.
The website currently under update is:
https://www.insospeso.it
This is a development version of the “Assisi al Quattro” website and it is still under construction.
There is also an active user account named Joomshaper2026, which I believe you already have the password for, in case you need to access the backend.
Could you please help me understand what might be blocking the form submission when the form is loaded through a module in the footer?
Thank you in advance for your support.
Best regards,
Rosita![]
