Doesn't Generate An Invoice

If I create an order from the admin side, it doesn't generate an invoice for the selected user. How can I fix this?

I have checked the admin order creation on the latest EasyStore version. It seems to be generating the invoice correctly. Please record a screencast of your issue and share here via any drive link.

When I create an order from the admin, it doesn't create the invoice code as you can see, neither before nor after payment.

Once paid, the invoice button appears on the client side

but clicking on it gives an error

Thanks for the access and apology for my last communication. The invoice is generated if admin creates the order but invoice number is not generated. The order number is placed as invoice number. I have found the issue on our component. I have asked the developer team to fix this bug as soon as possible.

Which type of modification do you want? If you want to change the overall layout of the invoice, then you have to override the files. If you want to change the information, then it is not possible on invoice generation. You have to edit the Customer Data to do this.

Please copy the files from this directory:

components/com_easystore/layouts/invoice/

and add the files here:

templates/your_template/html/layouts/com_easystore/invoice/

Then edit the files. It will be loaded from your template directory.

What do you actually want to change? Let me know. I will give it a try.

There are language strings used in the invoice layout. You have to override it in language overrides. The language strings are available here:

administrator/language/en-GB/com_easystore.ini

For the modification, I'd like to increase the size of the logo.

Regarding the language, it's absurd that, even though I have the Italian language installed, to get the invoice in English I have to edit the English com_easystore.ini file, and it won't display the one already translated into Italian.

excellent with the update I fixed the creation of the order on the admin side but on the front end now it no longer allows you to put products in the cart

the screen is the one already uploaded in the previous post.

when you try to add it to the cart it opens an unknown error pop up.

nothing else.

looking at the forum it seems that the same thing happened to others after the update
