To customize the Coming Soon page (such as changing “Call us at” or the contact address), please go to:

Extensions → Templates → Styles → [Your Template] → Coming Soon

From there, you can edit the text, contact details, and other displayed content. If your Coming Soon page is built using SP Page Builder, you may need to edit the assigned page directly in SP Page Builder to modify those fields.
