I am using the Mednic template from JoomShaper, but I am unable to publish the off‑canvas menu; it always appears without the hamburger icon. The menu is not hidden—its items are fully displayed. Additionally, I cannot configure my slider image to extend into the top menu area, like in the example shown on your website. I installed the quickstart package, but I still cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.

You need to just select megamenu and offcanvas in the menu type of your Template Options as follows:

Accepted AnswerI was able to solve the issue with extending the image into the menu bar. However, the off‑canvas menu is still not visible, and now the menu items are no longer visible either.

You have your offcanvas icon there, but it is white in a white background, so seems invisible.
I have added the following code in your custom CSS:
.burger-icon>span {
background-color: #000000 !important;
}Hope this helps!

Accepted AnswerI have disabled your menu module published in the menu position.
Offcanvas icon is visible in your smaller screens now.
Home page seems good here with background starts from the top. Would you please share more information about where you want slider on top?
