​Recreating Artolio Agency Section That Feaures Stacked Collections

I copied the Artolio Agency section that features the "work" stacked collections to the Artolio home-default page. It does not stack. Is there a setting or CSS code that I need to add the section's layers? The website is locally hosted. see imgur image https://imgur.com/a/TZce30D

the menu css class worked. I used the CSS class sticky-variant for the artolio home-default when I used the collections with a stack display.
