Error In Templete

Templete Varsita V4.0.1 (Quickstart Pack Joomla 5) When I install a template, it sends me this

I use XAMPP Hosting Apache/2.4.58 (Win64) OpenSSL/3.1.3 PHP/8.2.12 Database client version: libmysql - mysqlnd 8.2.12 PHP version: 8.2.12 Server version: 10.4.32-MariaDB - mariadb.org binary distribution
