SP Page Builder - Form Builder Block

Hi all,
i would like to know if the form builder block has a log file to check errors... because it sometimes doesn't work, it simply doesn't send the email but we can't understand why.
The form is here: https://www.partnersolution.it/contatti It often works but sometimes not and we would like to know why beacuse this is one of our Lead Generation Forms, and it should work properly.

Currently, the Form Builder block in SP Page Builder does not provide a built-in log file to track or review form submission errors.
If the form emails are sometimes not being sent, the issue is usually related to the server’s email configuration (such as PHP mail settings, SMTP configuration, or hosting restrictions). We recommend checking your server mail settings or configuring SMTP to ensure more reliable email delivery.
You may also contact your hosting provider to review the server mail logs, as they may be able to identify why some emails are not being delivered.
