Template Justice- Logo And Menu Subcategories

Hello, I have 2 problems. One is the logo. I'm using my own logo but it's smaller. Explain to me how it should be. And the second problem is in the menu. I have a category-subcategory-subcategory and the subcategories I've created are not visible. While the arrow shows that it has a submenu, it doesn't show it. How do I change the + to an arrow and have it be on the right?

For the logo size, you can adjust the logo height according to your preference from the following setting:

I have added it for the logo but I want the header menu to remain permanently black and not change when we scroll.
