Impossible To Construct A Row With 2, 3, Or 4 Columns

I don't understand why I haven't received any follow-up or response to my first request (#219389, #219683, #219868). So I'm submitting another request :
For the past few weeks, I haven't been able to create a row with columns (2, 3, or 4). Each time, the row with (e.g.,) 4 columns turns into 1 column and 4 rows one below the other (this is on my PC display).

Possible (screenshot + link in Hidden Content), but as first step I had to disable "Production mode" in Page Builder Settings. It's sort of Cache system, and probably that's why your Grid changes were not visible. Please do NOT enable that switcher until you will not finish all design changes.
