I found it. I changed the database type to MySQL in Server General Settings. It was set to MySQL PDO.

No, not really. If I only enable MySQL, the site stops working. I have to put it on MySQL Pod. The provider can still fix this. But is there a possibility that those popups will still work with MySQL PDO?

but because it is now MSQL PDO it doesn't work.

I have added a text to the homepage; if you can make it link to 'Techniques' and then to tab 3, it can be read.

I have installed the site backup on my localhost. Then I have checked with both database type MySQLi and MySQL (PDO). No issues found. The popup is working normally. I think there are issues in your hosting end. Please ask them to check if everything is working properly.
