Thanks for reaching out to us.

Currently, SP Page Builder does not have built-in features specifically for creating 3D headers or advanced 3D mouse-parallax animations. However, you can still implement such effects by using custom CSS, JavaScript, or third-party addons within the builder.

At the moment, we do not have any plans to add this feature natively to SP Page Builder.
